According to local legend, a tea farmer named his prized tea this way to discourage others from seeking cuttings from his precious bushes.

Experience an enchanting honey-sweet fragrance reminiscent of osmanthus and orchid blossoms. When brewed, this Chinese oolong tea produces a stunning golden amber liquor with complex floral notes, natural sweetness, and a lingering aftertaste that evolves beautifully across multiple infusions.
Gongfu Brewing Method:
For the authentic tea ceremony experience, use 5-7g of tea leaves per 100-150ml of water at 95°C (203°F). Rinse the leaves briefly, then steep for 5-10 seconds for the first infusion, gradually increasing time with each subsequent brew. Phoenix Dancong oolong can be re-steeped 6-8 times, revealing new aromatic layers with each infusion.
