Leifeng Tower

The story of Leifeng Tower is mainly derived from the Chinese folklore "White Snake Biography".
Legend has it that in order to repay the life -saving grace of the scholar Xu Xian's previous life, the white snake and Bai Suzhen turned into a humanoid and Xu Xian's husband and wife, and helped him open a pharmacy to live a happy life. However, Jinshan Temple monk Fa Hai believes that the obstetrics combine the combination of heaven, so the design allows Xu Xian to give Bai Suzhen to drink male rice wine and make him appear the original shape. In order to save Xu Xian, Bai Suzhen fights with Fahai, and Shuiman Jinshan Temple, but eventually he was imprisoned under the Leifeng Tower by Fahai because of his pregnancy. After Xu Xian learned that Bai Suzhen was imprisoned, he felt guilty and sad, and decided to become a monk to atone for atonement and pray for Bai Suzhen's liberation. Many years later, Xu Xian's son Xu Shilin grew up and tested the champion of the middle. He came to the Leifeng Tower to worship his mother. Xu Shilin's filial piety moved heaven. In the end, the Leifeng Tower collapsed, and Bai Suzhen was able to regain his freedom.
This story is full of romance, loyalty, and sacrifice. Although it is not a historical fact, it is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and has become a famous love story in Chinese culture.
