Gongfu Tea Ceremony:
This premium loose leaf Puer tea is perfect for traditional Chinese gongfu tea brewing. Use 5-7g of tea leaves per 150ml of water at 95-100°C (203-212°F). Rinse the leaves briefly, then steep for 10-15 seconds for the first infusion, gradually increasing steeping time with each subsequent brew. This tea can be re-steeped 8-10 times, revealing new dimensions with each infusion.
